Store policies and procedures.
1.) All items not in stock will be special order items and are ordered direct from the manufacturer. All special order items require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of order and all special order items are not refundable.
2.) Any returned item requires a 25% restocking fee.
3.) We do not accept trades.
4.) Sale items are subject to previous sale.
5.) No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
6.) A bounced check fee of $50 will be required.
7.) Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and all items must be returned to the manufacturer for service.
8.) Warranties do not cover misuse of the equipment or power problems in your home.
